There is access in Europe. Cost is apparently €8.99 / slot.

The 26 slots is over and above the slots you get when you purchase the game. You can purchase 26 additional slots via the store which then get added to any existing game slots.

Well my problem is that they ask for a 20 digit code on the PlayNC website, and all my Guild Wars accounts have 25 digit codes. Could someone lend a hand?

so one thing im wondering- although not important atm since im only gonna get one or two (enough for all classes + 1 pvp slot is good enough for me):

26+4+2= 32 available characters right now if you had enough money?

Also- PLEASE GIVE US AN OPTION FOR WHICH LOGIN SCREEN WE LIKE BEST- I MISS MY CAMPFIRE!!!!

Back with an update: We're closed access to the store while we do a little tweaking. No ETA on the official opening, but I'd say "soon" is a pretty good estimate.
